- 20 yard dash (tests quick acceleration)
- 40 yard dash (tests overall speed)
- Beep test (tests endurance)
- Vertical Jump (tests jumping ability)
- Bench Press (tests strength)
You will be ranked on each test and total points will be calculated. Will it be you? How competitive are you? Are you ready and in shape?
